Mobile backend & internal AI — Shopopop

Node.js microservices powering a crowdsourced delivery app used daily by thousands. Led the Mangopay → Stripe migration, re-architected auth with Keycloak & 2FA, shipped biometric identity re-verification, and built an internal MCP server letting AI agents and non-technical teams query internal APIs.

Budgeting simulator — BPCE × TIBCO

Turned a critical 20-tab Excel tool into a scalable Vue.js web application. Reverse-engineered the business rules, built configurable calculation engines, and migrated Vue 2 → 3 (Composition API), Webpack → Vite, with TypeScript and Pinia.
